Near Miss

Hey, so I was working on some livery modifications on RJOO Stage 7 and after I was done and saved everything I decided to give the stage a spin. And as soon as I load in I had a near miss emergency pop up come onto the screen. Like I didn't even have the chance to start the stage. Does anyone knows why this is?
