Using Microsoft Applocale or Locale-Emulator for fixing garbled japanese strings.

Browse ATC4\AXA.exe -> Parameter type TITLE\ATC4TITLE.axa -> Choose create shortcut when finish.4 s y7 w( R7 r9 ]8 m. h' ^
Locale-Emulator:. I/ p% V$ @& j
Right click ATC4\AXA.exe -> Locale-Emulator -> Run with Application Profiles -> Parameter type TITLE\ATC4TITLE.axa -> Select Location and timezone to Japan and create shortcut.
