One can start ATC3 using command line. I'll use VHHH (Kai Tak ) for example.
% h& }! w5 n" C1 { hLet's say you designed a stage called stagexxx.a3s. Open command line (cmd.exe), go to the ATC3 VHHH directory and type:
2 i! W; f, p [ f3 E: y
* Z: d7 l. e2 y' \( satc3vhhhx.exe /a=vhhhx /s=stagexxx where 'a' is variable for airport, and 's' for stage name.
4 ~: Y |" }1 Y3 v
8 A/ [. y& q: E8 P' a: d1 [( fIf you use Japanese version of the game, you need to find a command line version of applocale called SBApplocale (easily found on the web), then the command is:* L9 m6 \5 \+ f O7 P( ?. ^
1 |$ R! U9 A; z, I* a# HSBApplocale 1041 atc3vhhhx.exe /a=vhhhx /s=stagexxx where 1041 is code for Japanese.9 h, _4 A" P$ v

Why do this? Well, you don't need a A3C file to run the stage. |
